    Robert  N Wareing MP, Mr.Bojan Sarkic - Head of Mission of the Republic of Montenegro in the UK and the Montenegro Forum UK invite you to a reception  where we have 

Dr PAUL  R.WILLIAMS

who will introduce a discussion on

‘’The Independence of Montenegro - The Way Forward”.

The discussion will include EU negotiations and the view from the USA among other issues. 

                    
The Reception will be held in the Jubilee Room, House of Parliament on Wednesday  13th March 2002 at 7.30pm.

Dr. Paul R Williams is an Assistant Professor of Law and International Relations at American University and the Washington College of Law. He gained his PhD from Cambridge University, his J..D from Stanford Law School and his B.A from University of California at Davis. 

He has served in the US Department of State’s Office of the Legal Advisor for European and Canadian Affairs. Dr. Williams participated in the Rambouillet/Paris peace talks, the Dayton peace negotiations and the Macedonian-Albanian delegation to Lake Ohrid/Skopje peace negotiations. 

Furthermore, he is author of numerous books and articles and editorials. Biography enclosed for your perusal.
