A women (Milka Nikpavlovic) in Bar, Montengro asked my mum for help to find her brother who is somewhere in USA. Somehow they were separeted since young and now she would like to get in touch with him.

Following is the letter she gave to my mum. I don't know where you guys are 
located (USA or Montenegro) but please let me know if you can help me. I 
have some pictures too so if you think you can help me please e-mail and I 
will scan them and send them to you. In quotes is the letter.
